Participant Intelligence tab

The Intelligence tab appears on every participant profile for users with the admin or practitioner role. It hosts the Behaviour Intelligence Timeline plus the lists you use to feed it (medication changes, life events, interventions, assessments).

How it fits with other tabs

• Behaviour — capture individual incident logs (ABC + intensity/duration). These power the purple area on the timeline.
• Goals — milestones marked achieved show up as green dots on the timeline.
• Forms — assessment submissions can be linked back via the Assessments list.
• Intelligence — the place to step back and look at patterns across all of the above plus environmental factors.

Who can see it

Visibility is enforced by Row-Level Security on every table behind the tab. Parents, carers and the participant themselves never see this surface; it is intended for clinical review only.

Tips

• Set the participant's location early; without it you lose the weather and AU school-holiday overlays.
• Log medication changes the moment they happen — even a missing dose. The vertical Rx line on the chart makes correlations obvious in hindsight.
• Use the Report button (top of profile) to export a snapshot of the timeline into a shareable PDF for case meetings.
