Tell my team

Tell my team lives in My space → Voice and gives participants a fast way to share how they're going without writing a long message.

How it works

1. Open My space → Voice.
2. Pick a status:
   • I'm OK — a friendly heads-up that things are alright.
   • Not OK — something's off and you want your team to know.
   • I need help — you'd like someone to reach out.
3. Add a short note if you want (optional).
4. Tap Send to my team.

The update is delivered to your linked care team as a notification, and shows up in your participant timeline so context isn't lost.

What happens when you say "Not OK" or "I need help"

On top of the in-app notification, your team also gets an email alert so they don't miss it if they're not in the app. Admins and practitioners with access to your profile are notified.

Privacy

Only people with access to the participant's profile see these updates. They're never shown publicly or shared outside the care team.
