Participant details and account access

Where practitioners record contact, carer, emergency and plan details — and how to help a participant back into their account.

Where details live

Open a participant, stay on the Overview tab and look for the Details panel. Admins and practitioners can select Edit details to record:

  • Preferred name and pronouns
  • Date of birth and NDIS number
  • Contact email, phone and address
  • Primary carer name and phone
  • Emergency contact name and phone
  • GP or clinician name and phone
  • Plan manager
  • Free-text notes

These details appear in reports and make it faster to reach the right person during an incident. Support workers and teachers can read the panel but not edit it.

Account access

Below the details, the Account access box shows whether the participant has an account yet:

  • No account yet — share their enrolment code so they can join.
  • Linked account — you'll see the email they sign in with and when they last signed in. Select Send password reset email to email them a link to choose a new password.

Blumi never shows or stores participant passwords — resets always go to the participant's own inbox.
